15-17C, breezy, clouds and sun. A brisk rain in the morning meant I had several large puddles to navigate, the first since early spring. With 5 days off I felt sluggish, could feel the left shin hurting toward the end, cramp in stomach on second half. Strong at 7-8 km, otherwise very so-so. Iced leg again, will re-evaluate in 2 days. 55:06 time, 5:27 average.
