    Does anyone know why my ankle hurts...feels like its sprained(I know its not), it doesn't necessarily hurt WHEN I run, but it does after....thoughts?

      that happened to me two summers ago....i kind of jammed it on a run. it loosened up while i was running but would be limping around afterwards. dr said it actually was a type of sprain and i iced and rested about a week and it was better. good luck!

    Learned a lesson: Do not eat Sushi the night before running (any mileage), this 3 miles felt like that last 3 of a marathon....dragging! Doing a long run tomorrow - so no Sushi for me! :)
