    Made it half way though the ponds feeling GREAT and then got was a tad bit hot out! Walked two more miles home.

    Great until 4 miles and needed some breaks! It was hot and the sun was intense but wouldn't have missed it for the world!

    hills for the first two miles averaging 10 min/mi for the first, 9 min/mile for the 2nd and 8 min/mile for the final flat mile. Felt great and it was nice and cool out last night!

    I should have drank more coffee this morning but was a good workout! I am sure I burnt off those Lucky Charms I had for dinner (ok AFTER dinner) last night! A sweatfest FOR SURE!!!!

    to and from the gym to take the girls to volleyball and a loop with a few hills! Felt good to just be riding a bike outside. Nice and easy!
