great State Park - Time Trial 2.2 mi

I took my best friend out for her first mountain bike ride this morning. We didn't get very far but she learned a lot. Guess she thought since I talk about riding so much she should see what all the excitement is about. We had fun but I think she has decided that mountain bike riding is hard work. However, she does plan on going back out with me soon!!!
