    Arwynn's poor little foot slipped off the pedal and lodged itself in the bike so that we came to a dead stop but other than that a great ride (minus the Hill - I HATE the hill)

    It was great to just get out and run without time or distance goals. I'm really proud of my running partner who was running after a very poor night sleep. We did great!

    We really surprised ourselves by being able to run up 3 large hills without killing ourselves; we were ready and capable. It really feels like we are runners and it feels great!

    We started our day with the week 3 day 3 100 pushup challenge exercise so we earned our sweet sweet coffee! There was a nice hill at the start of our run

    Totally worked myself to hard and almost threw up. All in all a perfect workout. Although sick I could feel that my muscles are stronger.
