    Glute Kicker burns! You have 2 squat while peddaling backward, then run regular, then short intervals again of squating an pedaling backwards. Ouch my bum n legs!

    Raised the treadmill pretty high, bum hurts, hope to fit in smaller pants sooooon! I think raising the treadmill works better than the stair stepper. ?? Feels like it.
