    Recovery time on the treadmill in Corpus Christi. Love that 3 miles now feels oh so easy. I'm ready to get home and run with my group!

    Ran on a 3.5 mile concrete trail. I ran it twice. It was so hot and felt like 100% humidity. Rough but good sweat!
