    I worked out my lower body first, then upper body. Everything went great, despite throwing up near the beginning. I think it was my vitamins. After that, the workout went smooth.

    My left IT band in sore. My right IT band, TFLs and knee are still sore. It's 44 degree outside (feels like 32), windy and I wore shorts! Maybe the cold exacerbated my muscles? Hope so ;)
