    Half Training - Week 1: Fantastic class with Emily @ Kits YYoga this morning. She always includes a lot standing balances which I like.

    Easy run home from Yoga :) 4.37 km 00:25 09:19 pace

    Half Training - Week 1: Felt almost too loose to run after yoga but got in the kms, that's what counts.

    Half Training - Week 1: Easy run in the surprisingly warm early morning sun. Had to remind myself to dial it back as I had a challenging yoga class and a run home still on the books.

    5 x 1:45min sprints @ 4:18 min/km with 1:45 min easy jog in between
