    silly head cold kept me from really getting into it. but it was fun to run in a foreign country

    It was very humid. Stopping for pictures was fun but made the run very long. Plus we were not in the right corral so we could not get a good pace going...

    I hate the treadmill. I run slower because I don't trust it and it is so boring. Plus it aggravated my PF!!. Boo
