    3 miles at marathon race pace is harder than 3 miles at 5k pace. How does that math work out?? lol

    Was having leg cramps and nerve issues. So i had to break this up into 3 runs! But at least I got in 20!

    got heat sick and had to stop.. I only needed 20 but was trying for 23.. Silly rabbit. Only be ambitious when it is not 112! :)
