I'll be honest. I was a little scared of this workout, especially after yesterday's workout. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up the faster pace for the entire 800. But it felt great. I could have done another, but I'm sticking to the plan.
It's hard to believe that just yesterday I was struggling and today I feel fantastic. Isn't it funny how that works sometimes?
