I tried my new hand paddles this morning and I am IN LOVE. Cannot believe how much it changed the perception of my swim. I could feel every muscle used to power through the water. Any imperfection in stroke was so obvious, and let me correct it in real time. The fatigue I'm feeling right now is pure joy. Actually ENJOYED my swim today. Didn't hurt that I was an easy 15 seconds faster per 100 ;)
