      It's basically a road bike that you can take on gravel -- so set up to accept knobbier tires and a more relaxed geometry. Mostly, these are the same bikes used in cyclocross. I am doing a 200 miler in Kansas in June, so finally giving this new bike some love. But it's not loving me back. :)

      Every IM experience is different (and "special") in its own way. This one was all about overcoming all kinds of adversity (beyond the course itself). So amazed how you perservered through all of it. So happy you got to the start line because I knew if you did, you also see the finish line. Congrats on a historic race. Boyfriend's quote is perfect. Finish anyway.
