      The bridge story is borderline crazy. It's beautiful out here. Freak rain storms for weeks. Finally drying out here for Day 3. Going to run longer tomorrow. :)

      Dustin. I was a little out of sorts, ran right to the house, closed the door, took the watch off before even looking to see what my mileage was. This would normally drive me crazy, today I found it funny.

      It's great that you have PT who understands where you are and what you want to accomplish. Makes a huge difference - you can have a smart approach vs a more conservative approach.
