      Yep. Any other time I would have done the extra 10 to make it a century. But I really didn't have it in me. All I could think about was a chocolate protein shake for the last 20km to the point that I could taste it. And it has never tasted so good!

    Incredible first ride to/from the Gatineau's of the season. I saw 5 deer, a bunny, and various other tiny creatures. I love having access to so much nature, so close to home.
