      Thanks Edwin. I am still sore from last weeks workouts and still have a cold. I am not taking any medication for anything just making sure I eat well and rest. My immune system seems pretty sucky at the moment and it's likely to be due to the UC. Frustrating sometimes since these normal everyday ailments seem to be worse for me or I guess I'm just worried that I flare up and struggle again.
