Leg lifts: 3 sets of 33 +1 Quads (100)/ Leg lifts: 3 sets of 33 +1 Hammys (100)/ Bench press: bar only (hey I am just starting) sad to admit I can only do 25 in sets of 10. 2 sets of 50 crunches = (100)/ 2 sets of 25 curls on bench w/ 30 pounds & then 50 pounds (50)/ 2 sets of 25 side lateral raises w/ 3.5lbs (50)/ Dumbell tricep ext: 2 sets of 25, 10lbs (50) Just getting into the weight thing. Learning, going to try new stuff tonight.
