      Hmmm. Altitude training, huh? That's a new twist from the 700 ft of Franklin, huh? Way to git started finding some new paths. Hey, did you notice what I did today? I'm done specializing. I had too much fun riding this summer and am too often getting running injuries. I'm missing one thing to Tri. Hopefully I'll be ready to knock off an Oly this spring? I'm dining w/ Blaney tonight and will get with him about which local race to do. Merry Christmas Spence!

      man!!! that's awesome. there are about 5 great races... spring and oly around nashville that you should look at.. within 2 hour drive. way to go!

    Easy pace with Map My Ride, Levi Leipheimer, Biju Thomas & Wheat Ridge Cyclery. Beautiful ride out to red rocks and back. I had a blast and felt great!
