    Running behind (not a pun) so I sped this run up more than I would have. But the legs felt good, really good.

    Felt really good. The L ankle was tweaked a few times, so these shoes are definitely ready for retirement. Otherwise it was great. Great weather, great roads, great legs!

      I actually haven't run the course at all yet. I've only covered it on satellite map. I am trying to avoid it actually as to not give myself an advantage over other competitors. Still not sure if I want to mark it a little so people aren't too lost.
