My morning PT run. We set out on our own ways, and I picked a course to get 5 miles in a loop around Fort Benning's main post. Passed by some of my co-workers at mile 2 and kept working to keep my pace just above comfortable. I didn't want to sweat to much as I knew we would have a formation and would be standing around for a few minutes in just below freezing temps.
My feet took a while to warm up today, as it felt like they were bircks hitting the asphalt for about 2+ miles. Then they eased up. Felt good to get out there after feeling ill and being wiped out Saturday night, Sunday morning. Felt a little twinge in my left shin, but it is slightly of to the left side, and not painful. After run stretching helped it.
