10 Mile Ruck march with 35 lbs rucks, uniform and combat boots. About 80 of us started and did the first 5 in formation, with good pace. The standard is 15 minute miles. 1M-14:52; 2M-14:19; 3M-14:01; 4M-14:02; 5M-14:34.
At the turn around we were released and we got to break free. A few people took off a bit quicker than I did, but I made up ground.
6M-10:58; 7M-11:49; 8M-11:38; 9M-9:49; 10M-12:18. Came in tied for second. The lead guy was just moving out at a great pace.
Good route with fair hills and no traffic - though we did start "stepping" at 4:25 in the morning!
