Speed trial. I went out for a 1 mile time on the track.
Warm up: 1/2 mile - 4:31
1 Mile: 6:30 ... with 1/3 of the track in a 14MPH wind. So if I was going 10 MPH, and the wind was pushing me back at 14 MPH, I was doing -4 MPH, right? It's amazing I even got finished! =)
The rest was a cool down. I was really wanted to get near 6:10 on the speed mile, but it's good to see where I am at for putting more speed repeats into my routine.

Bottom Line: 82 degrees and lung stopping wind halted what cold have been a fast mile!
