great Doughboy Stadium 4.06 mi 00:41 10:08 pace

I got in a great stadium stair and interval workout yesterday that was fun. Did the stairs on both sides of the stadium 3 times and got in 4x400's on the track with a recovery 400 in-between. The splits were not quite as even as one would hope for doing regular intervals, but with the stair thrown in, I can not complain.

Formation jog to Doughboy Stadium, down grade the winter uniform to t-shirts and then we hit stairs; I warmed up the legs on the and hit the 1st 400. 1:23.
Back to the stairs and a track lap; 6:31 then the 2nd 400. 1:18
Stairs and track: 6:30, 3rd 400. 1:25
Recovery and mentoring students: 1:57, then 4th 400; 1:22
a final 400 recovery 2:17 and back to the to formation area with students totaling 4.06 in 41:12
