Chinese food for lunch before an evening speed workout. That's a classic runners mistake. (How were the Chinese women so darn fast during the Olympics?)

Got to run on the new surface at Doughboy Stadium. It is a good job with plenty of traction and no dips like the old surface had on the inside lane. On the down side, I have lost some speed and I need to work it into my plans to rebuild that section of my running. I also had camera problems that prevented me from getting marvelous pictures of the last sun drenched clouds of the day over the stadium and the full moon coming up. There is always next weeks speed workout.

    Heck ... I didn't even put down the meat and potatoes of the workout. 3 x 800's and 3x400's intermixed. Wow, I can't believe I forgot the most important part of the workout.
