I meet with the Columbus Road Runners in Uptown. There was a pretty large turn out and we started on time. nice 1 mile settling in pace (9:18), then Sam, Coach and I turned it up and started kicking eight's and sub-8's for the next 7 miles. It was a good, solid fun run that made me feel like I was really getting back on board for my training.

16.7 miles for the day. Grabbed the girls up and met with HH-6 when she completed teaching at the gym. We did the Fort Benning walk/run for breast cancer awareness as a family. It is not a problem for me to support pink as my Mom is a survivor, and just recently (Thursday) had to undergo more surgery.

T: 49; H:86%; W: WTH is wrong with the scale! :-(
