A mixed workout of stadium stairs and track intervals (400's). Each set of stairs almost equaled a 1/4 mile. Intermixed 4 sets of stairs with 4 repeats then 2 more repeats at the end. Good work out for a group with mixed abilities as I let everyone move at their pace within a 25 minute time frame.
No after sprint pain today. I thought about my form as I was working on the 400's and still came back with solid repeats; which are surprising slightly quicker times to what I was getting back in March!
Stairs and recovery: 3:09; 3:14; 4:00; 3:24.
400's: 1:22; 1:20; 1:26; 1:23; 1:22; 1:22.
Total workout time/pace also reflects .4 miles warm up and cool down to and from Doughboy Stadium.
