Warm-up, leg shake out run for tomorrows Run for the Heroes. I'm a bit apprehensive tonight as I think I may be getting a wierd sprain, but I'll have chances to bail every 4 miles or so as I'm on my home turf. I hope that it doesn't come to that, as I am looking forward to this run.
