Recovery "spin" to loosen up the legs. Working the machines has really helped my training in that I can still get cardio time without risking aggravating the PF further. I think that I should have used the recumbent bike for recovery last night, but I can feel that it helped. Today I have been very stiff in my right leg. After the recovery ride, my leg loosened up.
