Elliptical. Flat out 5K since I was warmed up from using the bike. I was really trying to push for a flat 21, but it just wasn't in the cards tonight. Just focused on remaining pain free and fast. ... read more

    good OPM-Gym - Upright bike 10.01 mi 00:30 19.7mph pace

  3. #dailymission: Guess I was lucky, +6. :)

  4. RUN
    good Ruck-run, next 6.2 miles 6.22 mi 01:10 11:16 pace

The second part of this run went better. Still only have enough steam to knock back a total of 10.5 miles, which I'll have to nearly double next week. Still, on my feet and pressing forward.

  5. RUN
    alright Ruck-run, first 4 miles 4.26 mi 00:59 13:50 pace

It was not the wind or the chill in the air or the weight on my back, but something kept me from getting into today's planned long run. Maybe it was a lack of energy. Whatever it was, the first 4+... read more

My mother-in-law made a quilt with all my father-in-law's race shirts from the past 25 years. Do you sew?

Actually... yes. But I also have a sister-in-law that makes exquisite quilts. Someday I am going to actually drop off all the shirts to her... but I love sooooo many of them. Can't make the quilt without the Mickey and Goofy shirts... but I'm not ready to give them up!

    good OPM-Gym - Recumbent Bike 13.13 mi 00:49 16.0mph pace

To Mike... I've been using them almost all the time. I've been a lot better about stretching and doing exercises, too.
To all... Thanks again. I'm trying to get better. I've never had an injury that I haven't recovered from fairly quickly.
