    Back on the horse after a long week off due to work issues. Even though I kept asking myself why I was there, I felt great afterwards. Gotta get into a bit better shape for the wedding in 6 weeks.

    I really enjoy this class. Lots of reps and different moves, with good cardio. I never thought I would like to sweat!

    This class is amazing. After one week, I already feel better in class and able to do more reps and run more than walk.

      I'm convinced that I look laughable when I try to do some of the fast paced videos, I too am totally uncoordinated and probably look more like I'm having a seizure than exercising.
