      Ah, that's good timing for me. I've said my last "long" run for the Jantastic plan will be (at least) 15 miles so if I do the Strava 20 next Fri-Sun then thy'll be 2 birds with one stone.

      I fancy it at 5:10/km (8:20/mile) pace, although that is significantly faster than I've done 20 miles before. 2 hours 45 mins or thereabouts.

      I was hoping for a 07:40 pace all around (if it's flat). I guess there's not many 'flat' options for us at work? If there is, are we hoping to get it done Friday at lunch?

      Dan, I think you need to enter a race. 07:40 pace over 20 miles is plausible and definitely possible but you should be aiming to do it in a race. This is a training run and for me is about getting used to spending 3 hours on your feet with a view to racing the distance, on race day, with training complimented by hill reps, intervals etc. So, sign up for three forts and race with us in May (:
