Longest ride ever~ The wind was VERY strong on the way back. There were a couple of times when I thought I was going to be wiped out. Unfortunately, I had to stop a lot at red lights. I did not stop my watch so my time includes a few short pauses. I was suppose to do a brick run after but decided to skip it since I am doing a race tomorrow. I don't want to over do it so now I am watching Serena (on dvr) and the Olympics triathlon is next. Rest, rest and more rest until the end of the day.
