Weird...my calves locked up on me during the first 25 kick...i rested in the water for about a minute because I wasn't sure I could continue. The cramps passed (so I thought) so I finished out the set and the cool down. When I was done, I jumped out of the pool and my calf cramped up so bad, I could feel the knot with my fingers. And I could see it. So weird and PAINFUL. First time this has ever happened to me. I have no idea what caused it. It certainly couldn't be dehydration because I drank nothing but water ALL day. Anyone have any ideas?
