Went for my usual run around the park but had to stop due to stitch. I just found it hard again today. I really hope this period of sluggishness passes soon!

    Sometimes it just doesn't come together lovie. Take a day or two off book into a spa for the weekend and then go at it again. You will be the speed freak you already are again in no time.
