  10. I'm not supposed to train for another week. I can try a bike then. I got a cortisone injection last night so I'm hoping to be out and about soon. Thanks for the well wishes!

    Feb.20th (Saturday) I ran with Scott and our friend Keith in Ada. I need to crosstrain more. My knees were burning the last 2 miles. It was good to run outside. Nice day! 48 degrees in Ada.

      We ran in Nashville, it was really nice. I definitely need to start icing my legs and knees more often, it always seems to help me recover faster.
