      This could have been written by one of my closest friends. Your story is eerily familiar. You've shown great courage & strength Sonya. Thank you for helping me to better understand the illnesses that robbed me of my friend. I hope she finds her way back to light eventually as you have. xo

      I'm glad you enjoyed reading my post Fiona! I certainly didn't have an understanding of what depression/anxiety really 'means'. It's one of those things that people don't talk about. I thought I would share my experience in hopes of helping others get a view of the 'day in a life of'. Happy New Year!

      Thank you Fiona. I haven't been logging all of my workouts. I used to get in 5 - 6 workouts a week and now I have to work at getting 3 small ones in my schedule. Looking forward to my schedule changing again so I can get back in the 'game'!
