    Followed by a tough circuit: 35 squats, 25 x 3 sit-ups, 50 jumping jacks, 1 min x 2wall sits, 10 x 2 push-up, 20 x 3 lunges, 50 leg lifts each side and so-on.

    Omm! We held poses for a very longtime. Did this after kettle bell. My shoulders were on fire! Great workout and nice deep stretches.

    First time I ever tried this. Definitely a great workout. Not my favorite but enjoyed trying something new!
