    Gorgeous day, and only one person didn't give me the right of way in a crosswalk, it's a miracle! Needed a calm, zen walk today, no running but got the miles in.

    Ran part of the way with Darla...she is way fast and she was willing to slow up because I was really dealing with some food pain and need to stretch or walk.
