    helping my sister get in shape and realizing how out of shape I am =/ Ran the majority of the mile, but had to backpedal to a power walk too much. Bleh.

    quick half-mile run to pump up my heart, then 30 min cardio, 3 supersets of flys, tricep press, tricep kickback, bicep curl, and overhead press. Then 15 min rock wall, and 1 hr Zumbaaaaaaa!
