Considering I slept 5 hours last night, I was very pleased with this pre-spinning "jaunt" on the treadmill. As I increased my speed, I gradually felt like I could potentially fall off the treadmill at any moment, but good news, I stayed on. Double win. The foot felt a bit stiff, but definitely an improvement on 5 months ago.

Additionally, after my successful treadmill run, I enjoyed a nice spin class @equinox in Michael Mcneal's Monster Cycle - my new obsession.
