Went for a walk at lunch today just to get out and about. My knee has been sore all week and something isnt right. Its either because of the marathon training in Antarctica, or its because i am conditioned to a softer surface. Anyhow ive decided to take it easy for a while and just play it by ear. Will do lots a walking and tredmill work and try and strengthen my joints in the gym.
