    Sweet! This sounds a lot like our normal KAIA workouts. We have Thurs for yoga and Fridays mix it up, but the rest of the week we're getting ripped and doing cardio spurts in between. This mixed with healthier eating, I have really seen results, in just 5 days! I am amazed.

    Hi Lisa... It went great, felt like I got a good base and I was able to stay motivated. I had to start over, due to I was in the middle of moving and then I got the flu. Back on track and starting it over again.. I did feel good and started seeing results :)
