      Sweet! This sounds a lot like our normal KAIA workouts. We have Thurs for yoga and Fridays mix it up, but the rest of the week we're getting ripped and doing cardio spurts in between. This mixed with healthier eating, I have really seen results, in just 5 days! I am amazed.

      Hi Lisa... It went great, felt like I got a good base and I was able to stay motivated. I had to start over, due to I was in the middle of moving and then I got the flu. Back on track and starting it over again.. I did feel good and started seeing results :)

  10. #dailymission - What kind of ID do you carry when you workout?
    I wear my road ID When I can find it, but it snags my shirts a lot. I carry my phone mostly with some cash....

      I have the Road ID that you wear on your ankle. It does a much better job of not snagging.

    I have this on my laptop so every day when I open it and haven't run or worked out, I am reminded that I won't get what I want by missing a run/workout.. :)

    Two rest days.... To days run felt great, enjoyed my 3 miles and then went and worked out. Nice warm day with cool ocean breeze to help cool me off :O)
