No time for longer run before my 1 hour workout..So I did a 1.5 speed work. It felt really good and happy with time :) Workout was good and took effort :)

#dailymission - What kind of ID do you carry when you workout?
I wear my road ID When I can find it, but it snags my shirts a lot. I carry my phone mostly with some cash....
I have this on my laptop so every day when I open it and haven't run or worked out, I am reminded that I won't get what I want by missing a run/workout.. :)
Took the weekend off to rest the body.. Went for a run then worked out. Upper and lower body workout with core. Felt great when I finished :)

I normally run then workout, but today I worked out and wow it was a tough workout and that made my run very hard, legs were heavy! It took a lot of effort. Glad it's over..

Another great work out today.. 10 min warm up.. on foam roller, ball & stretching etc. 40min of different types of workouts.. upper body & lower body... then 10 min cool down...
Another great day for a run...I met a new running friend for a run/walk today. I was glad it was short and sweet, because I also had a workout to do today. Weather was great and so was the company :)
Sweet! This sounds a lot like our normal KAIA workouts. We have Thurs for yoga and Fridays mix it up, but the rest of the week we're getting ripped and doing cardio spurts in between. This mixed with healthier eating, I have really seen results, in just 5 days! I am amazed.
