    Tough long run in the company of ADRians. Thanks to Rakesh for providing water on the return leg when it was needed the most. Humidity was a killer. Followed it up with a dip in the swimming pool.

      I prefer the german "auf wiedersehen" - or a good bye *for now*. :) Thank you Soham for helping me to be out on the road in morning - very early. Being able to look forward to good times chatting and laughing on those early morning runs has been hugely motivating.
      See you in some exciting event out there - for sure!
