      I use both, but I don't always use the gps app to track my workouts, so everything goes here, and some goes on Strava.

    Not a bad run with the trail group, running at the Millennium Trail. Slowly getting the legs back, and also doing around 2400 ft of vertical, it was a hill climber! Fun times in the hills.

    Actually felt pretty good this morning! Giving thanks for health and friends! Day 3 of 365 of trying to go GREEN with Nike Fuelband, so suspect a streak will happen, we shall see.
