    Lots of scrambling on Devil's Castle and gawking at wild flowers in Albion Basin made for a slow pace. An overall enjoyable run with Dan. 2,600' of ascent.

    Days Fork to Silver Fork. The monsoon made the trail soft and the flowers brilliant, but it was humid.... Sluggish on the climb, snappy on the descent. 3,374' climbed

    Long, hot day: Big Cottonwood to Little Cottonwood canyon and back. 4200' of ascent/descent. Lots of off-trail boulder hopping. About as ready for SpeedGoat 50K as I'm going get.
