    Just under the pace I need to run. Now I need to do it for another 12 miles. It was a good run, I wasn't planning on running so hard so I am happy with the results.

      Jared- I was thinking the same thing, but....I'll offer the advice, Ken to try the Chiropractor!! Mine does wonders! I has having a similar issue this IM season on my bike.
