    good solid lift in this evening.. hit new weight on Seated EZ Bar Bicep Curls.. 90 lbs - 10 reps. (45 lb plates on both sides) moving up weight next wk! love building the body!

    great lift in tonight.. hit new warm up on bench press.. 135 -15 reps, 225 -5 reps, 275 5-reps. hittin 2 sets - light weight 285 & heavy 315 - 12 & 10 reps.. getting stronger!

      Hey Lucie, yea it is a pretty interesting sport. One thing about it.. it will help you become a pretty good dancer & great carido! Much different then BJJ but does look pretty cool to learn! Let me know how you like it if you start training under it. :)
