    Went out around 9pm for 6 miles and was able to get in 4.5 before I hit the wall. The week is catching up with me--still thankful to get a run in!

      Sometimes it is just so HARD, isn't it? But getting 4.5 miles down when you are tired and it feels hard is really more of an accomplishment than running 6 miles when it feels relatively easy.

    Ooooh! That was hot and tough—a (2 min hard/1 min easy) 5K to launch MCM marathon training. 5 week warm up plan (RW Smart Coach) and then a 4 month RW training plan. Time to get back in the game :))

      I kind of made up the warmup plan :)) I always need a plan for running or I slack! So, I determined where I should be when I start the marathon plan and just worked back from there (using RW smart coach which is cool). And yes..need to embrace the heat. Oh boy, I better start telling myself that in my sleep!!! Thanks so much for your support!

    Tonight I ran 4.15 miles in honor of our Boston marathoners, spectators and first responders. My heart is breaking for those affected by the bombing—sending supportive and healing thoughts to all.
