Thanks so much! Yes, I read a couple of his books on my Kindle app and his programs resonated with me. I like that it's 6 months and for beginners. Love the concept of walking/running which is how I started training my very first couch to 5K!!

Pam and Miss Lizathon…I missed you too!! Let's just say I was taking a hibernation of sorts. It's been a tough winter and I was dealing with some health issues… Now working harder than ever to get my immune system back in check while managing full time work, studies and drumming. It certainly is inspiring to see what you're doing here…preparing for a couple of races--exciting!!

It has been a tough winter all the way around. I am sorry to hear you weren't well but happy you are on the mend and back at it. And that's so cool you play drums. My son plays drums. I always have said that if ever I were in a rock band, I would want to be the drummer.

brrrrrrr. But I love running in the winter because it always seems so much more quiet (except when the wind decides to crank up). Also, the sunrises and sunsets are so much more vibrant during the winter. Don't you think? Nice 2+ miles!!
