Ha. Hahahaha. This class is so so sad. I'm no fitness elitist trying to judge everyone else but this was a joke - nobody else seemed to take it seriously! Ooh, 5 lb weights and breaks every few minutes, chatting with your friends the whole time . Men doing CHIN ups with not 1 but 2 resistance bands. Someone was like "omg you're so strong" when I picked up a 45 plate to put it away. Arg. Sorry, I don't want to offend anyone but I just got kind of frustrated with this class - which I will dub "beginner." But really it's just a different instructor and different time of day. I still got a good workout because I went heavy and ignored everyone else.
