great Speed work attempt 2.5 mi

I fail at sprinting. I run one mile at the sane speed I run 13. This would be nice if I was running a half marathon but I'm training for a 5k now sooo... Let's try speed. I did .20 mile "sprints" and then .10 sprints and spent a lot of time on the swingset. :P
